Dorothy's Isle of Pines Root Beer
Brewed for the Dorothy Molter Museum, Dorothy's Isle of Pines Root Beer quenches the most parched of palates when served ice cold. Each summer, Dorothy home-brewed up to twelve thousand bottles made from Knife Lake water, which she offered for visitors stopping by during their trip in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. While Dorothy's Isle of Pines Root Beer is no longer brewed in her 8-gallon crock with lake water, they have stuck as close to her original recipe as we can.
